WPSumo respects intellectual-property rights. If you believe material on the website infringes copyright, you may submit a detailed notice for review.

A notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the WPSumo URL and specific material at issue, explain the basis of the claim, provide your name and contact details, and include statements that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized and that the information supplied is accurate.
3. Authority and signature
The notice should confirm that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for the rights holder and should include a physical or electronic signature.
4. Review process
WPSumo may request more information, temporarily restrict material during review, contact the content source, remove or update material, or reject incomplete or unsupported notices. Knowingly false claims may create liability.
5. Trademarks and product identification
Product names, logos, and screenshots may be used to identify products discussed in informational profiles and comparisons. A trademark concern should clearly identify the mark, the challenged use, and the legal or factual basis for the request.
